University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Site Remediation

The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff purchased an abandoned property in downtown Pine Bluff for construction of its small business incubator facility. The under-utilized property was formerly an automobile dealership and indications of TPH contamination were discovered during construction. FTN performed a rapid site assessment that included development of a waste disposal profile for the contaminated material. FTN oversaw the removal of contamination and performed the confirmation sampling and analysis of the remediation areas. All work was performed through a contract with the architect for the new facility.
