FTN provided professional environmental services related to a proposed water system extension project to service Queen Wilhelmina State Park in Polk County, Arkansas.
Biological evaluation (BE) and Environmental Assessment (EA) documents were prepared for submittal to the US Forest Service, Ouachita National Forest. Field surveys were conducted for the presence of Proposed, Endangered, Threatened, and Sensitive (PETS) species or potential PETS species habitat within the individual project study areas. A BE report providing information about the project area and affected environments was prepared.
FTN conducted detailed field investigations relative to identified project issues within the proposed project alternative corridors to support project alternatives analysis, written EA documentation, and potential required Section 404 permit application.
