FTN has assisted numerous economic development entities and municipalities in qualifying development sites for certification by the Entergy Select Site Program.
The goal of the Entergy Select Site Program is to “better prepare sites as winning candidates for office, manufacturing, and distribution projects and to effectively communicate the prepared status to site consultants and company decision-makers.”
The scope of work for these projects has included Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, wetlands delineations, endangered species reviews, cultural resources investigations, floodplain compliance assistance, and assembly of available geotechnical information for the properties.
